Life can be hard, unfair, and hurtful at times. But at the end of any storm, there is always a rainbow. As a therapist, my job is to sit with you in the storm. One of the essential pieces to making a change is the relationship between the counselor and the client. In my practice, I work hard to create a safe and trusting environment where all clients feel comfortable sharing a piece of their life experiences with me. I have experience working with various mental health disorders and life concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship conflict, LGBTQIA+ issues, identity development, and life transitions.

I work with children, teens, and adults of all backgrounds, assisting them individually, in groups, couples, and as families. My overall approach is client-centered therapy. However, I often use an eclectic form of treatment, integrating other modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Expressive Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).

Seeking counseling can make one uncomfortable and vulnerable. My hope is that you see the strength it took to seek out this help. I also hope that you find that great things in life happen when we push ourselves out of our comfort zone.
